Guardrail production requires repeatable wave geometry, accurate connection holes, reliable material feeding and consistent finished lengths. Different national standards can also require changes to tooling, dimensions and punching patterns.

The solution can combine decoiling, leveling, servo feeding, online punching, precision roll forming, hydraulic or flying cutting and automatic discharge. Controls and tooling are configured for the required guardrail standard and production target.
